We value clear communication and are here to help you determine the best grooming plan for your dog’s specific needs.
Because we provide a quiet, one-on-one environment, we are often focused entirely on the dog currently on our grooming table. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, please leave a message or send an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Before You Reach Out
You may find the answer to your question in our core policies:
Arrivals:
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled drop-off time; a 5-minute grace period is provided.
Pick-Up:
Owners agree to collect their pet within 30 minutes of being notified that grooming is complete.
Cancellations:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
Vaccinations:
All pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
